Jennifer Solak was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but has called Houston home since 2006. She graduated from Louisiana State University and Tulane Law School, and following law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Milloy on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Jennifer has devoted much of her legal career to helping others. She worked for the Houston-based nonprofit organization Children at Risk and then represented the State of Louisiana, serving on a team that helped obtain the largest environmental settlement in United States history, including more than $5 billion for the restoration of Louisiana’s natural resources that were damaged by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Jennifer has also spent many years serving clients directly in estate planning and probate matters, and at Johnson Law Group, she continues to fight for those who have been injured through contamination, defective medical devices, and dangerous products. Specifically, Jennifer works with the families of clients who have passed away to ensure their estates receive the settlement funds they are due.
